RM5 Touch n' Go Reload PIN

  1. Purchase the RM5 Touch n’ Go Reload PIN reward in the Buzz App with your Buzz Points at the Reward Page.
  2. Once purchased, head to My Rewards section on the Reward Page.
  3. Your recently purchased rewards will appear in the list.
  4. Click on the RM5 Touch n’ Go reward.
  5. Click Redeem to access the redemption link. A pop-up will appear.
  6. Copy the link and paste into your browser.
  7. Follow steps on the reward redemption portal to obtain your Touch n’ Go Reload PIN (10 digits).
  8. Open up the Touch n’ Go eWallet App and click +Reload.
  9. Select Reload PIN method
  10. Enter the Reload PIN and click reload.

Frequently Asked Questions

Buzz is formerly known as Beebag! Our core remains the same same, only with a new name and providing much more value to you, our dear stakeholders. Beebag was effectively rebranded to Buzz on 15th March 2024.

Buzz attempts to scan as many receipts as possible since we want you to be rewarded for your shopping. As long as your receipt is NOT one of the following, it will be scannable:

  • Return receipts
  • Utility & Medical bills/invoices, and prescription refill slips
  • Movie/Concert/Experience tickets
  • Airline tickets and baggage receipt tagsReceipts from returning an item
  • ATM and wire transfer transactions
  • Take out food slips that do not specifically detail where they are from
  •  
  • Receipts must be uploaded within 14 days of the checkout date listed on them. Receipts that are older than 14 days can not be processed for points.
  • Receipts must be uploaded with clear resolutions. Receipts cannot be a duplicate
  • Receipts cannot be fabricated
  • Receipts that contain featured brands or products will earn more Buzz Points

Buzz uses the receipts you upload as a proof of purchase so we can reward you with points on behalf of our partners. Additionally, Buzz also uses those receipts to help brands and retailers understand what people are purchasing and when. Because of this, brands are able to engage their customers more efficiently through the platform, and Buzz shares this surplus value with shoppers in the form of cashback.

Smart reusables are reusables powered by BuzzLoop’s NFC and QR technology that allows shoppers to collect Buzz points for every reuse. BuzzLoop was created to reduce single-use plastic pollution by incentivizing shoppers to reuse more often through positive reinforcement and gamification.

There are currently more than 6,000 locations available for shoppers to earn at, these locations include large retail chains like 99 Speedmart, Village Grocer, Giant, Jaya Grocer, Aeon Big, Hero Market, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, CU Mart, Big Pharmacy, and many more!

Shoppers can earn only once at a specific store on a given day, but there is no limit to the number of times a shopper can earn as long as it is at a different store.

  • No, you can only earn once at a single location on a given day. This is to prevent any potential abuse of the system.
