Special Offers rewards you a higher amount of Buzz Points on specific products for a limited period. Special Offers is the fastest way for you to rack up Buzz Points and redeem those tasty rewards! You can purchase the products at any store and just upload your receipt into the Buzz App. You’ll find Special Offers under Home Page, or a Brand’s Info Page.
Buzzloop is where we give back to our users and the environment by rewarding you for your sustainable actions. You’ll be able to collect Buzz Points at any of our 6,000+ hotspots by reusing Smart Reusables powered by Buzz’s NFC Tags or QR Codes. Our hotspots are your regular grocery or convenient outlets such as 99 Speedmart, Village Grocer, Hero Market, 7-Eleven, Aeon, Lotus’s, Giant, etc.
You can get our Smart Reusables through our online store, or you can find them at events or gifts from various organizations too! Make sure to keep an eye out for the Buzz logo.
Once you’ve purchased the products from our featured brands or those listed under Special Offers, make sure to grab your receipt. Next, just click the Upload Button, select Physical Receipts, and take a photo of the whole receipt, including date, store, items, and total. Click Submit once you’re done, and Buzz Points will be added to your account within 5 working days!
Buzz also rewards you for your online shopping! All you gotta do after your online shopping, is just screenshot your digital receipts. Next, click the Upload Button, select e-Receipts, and upload the screenshots of your digital receipt from your gallery. Click Submit once you’re done, and Buzz Points will be added to your account within 5 working days! You can also use this feature for stores that issue digital receipts.
The part you’ve been waiting for! Once you’ve earned enough Buzz Points, you can start exchanging your Buzz Points for exciting rewards such as gift cards, eWallet Reload PINs, e-Vouchers and much more! We always add new rewards into the app so you get the most excitement with us!

Additionally, Buzz also uses those receipts to help brands and retailers understand what people are purchasing and when. Because of this, brands are able to engage their customers more efficiently through the platform, and Buzz shares this surplus value with shoppers in the form of cashback.
Smart reusables are reusables powered by BuzzLoop’s NFC and QR technology that allows shoppers to collect Buzz points for every reuse. BuzzLoop was created to reduce single-use plastic pollution by incentivizing shoppers to reuse more often through positive reinforcement and gamification.
There are currently more than 6,000 locations available for shoppers to earn at, these locations include large retail chains like 99 Speedmart, Village Grocer, Giant, Jaya Grocer, Aeon Big, Hero Market, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, CU Mart, Big Pharmacy, and many more!
Shoppers can earn only once at a specific store on a given day, but there is no limit to the number of times a shopper can earn as long as it is at a different store.
No, you can only earn once at a single location on a given day. This is to prevent any potential abuse of the system.
